Robert J. Scott, MD, Chief Executive Officer
Treatment’s executive team is led by Dr Rob Scott, a family physician and founder of Treatment. Dr Scott is the former Chairman of Medical Education at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver. His former company, PharmaSmart, developed an evidence based drug prescribing system for Washington State based physicians on Microsoft’s palm PC, with financial involvement from the Canadian government. He is a clinical instructor in the Department of Family Practice at the University of British Columbia, as well as on staff at several Vancouver based hospitals including Lions Gate Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital and BC Woman’s and Children’s Hospital.
Alan Fleming, BSc., CMC, MIT, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Fleming has over 30 years experience building teams in consulting and corporate information processing. He has provided Interim Management for startups, turnaround management and international program management. He has specialized in Business Process Management (BPM) addressing business process transformations for the past 20 years. He is the author of Cornerstone BPA methodology for defining business processes and introducing technology to effectively deliver solutions. He has worked in multi-site hospitals and small clinical environments as well as international patient recruitment for clinical trials. As Senior Principal at KPMG, he developed and managed Business Process Automation global practices, programs and projects, led the Runaway Systems Management (project turnaround) practice in Canada. He is a Director, APT International Business Sciences Inc.
Peter Everett, BA, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Everett is a Chartered Accountant and information systems professional with over 25 years of experience capturing, optimizing and automating financial and business processes for leading companies throughout North America. His broad base of auditing and international consulting experience includes financial, retail, wholesale, consumer products and resource sectors, as well as government and not for profit entities. His IT consulting background includes the delivery of projects through strategic planning, vendor selection, contract negotiation, ERP and eCRM implementation, project management and Runaway Systems Management (RSM). He has held senior positions at KPMG, SAP and marchFirst. He is a Director, APT International Business Sciences Inc.
John Nicol, MA, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Nicol has extensive experience in the development of software systems and health informatics and associated standards. Mr Nicol works on the integration requirements of those organizations who wish to partner with Treatment and use its products and services.

Media Genesis
Media Genesis is Treatment’s marketing partner for healthcare organizations. Media Genesis is a Michigan based web development company that offers web design services for larger clients of Treatment with development work in excess of $10,000. The president of Media Genesis, Brad Frederick, has been involved with Treatment for many years and is an important contributor to the company’s ongoing expansion.
